Come as you are.

At Bright Bear Yoga, we believe that yoga is for every body.

We put thought into the set up of our studio, in an effort to make it a welcoming space for all. We have an accessible restroom, with plenty of space for a walker or wheelchair. Our online sign-up process enables practitioners to opt out of hands-on assists, tell us about injuries or conditions, and let us know if they’re deaf or hard of hearing. There are also analog ways to alert us to any of these same things in studio. Watch our video below to learn more about how we’re making adjustments to better accommodate the deaf and hard of hearing community. We’re working on getting a class taught in ASL on the schedule. Stay tuned.

Deaf or hard of hearing? You are welcome here.

Suffering from mobility issues? Looking to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility in an accessible way? Consider our Gentle Yoga class, every Sunday at 1:30pm. We have chairs available, if getting up and down off the ground presents a challenge. Come as you are. Leave feeling better.
