Beginner-friendly Flow: Vinyasa 1-2

Vinyasa means to move your body in special ways. Flow refers to our efforts to match our breath with these movements. This level 1-2 class will offer accessible sequences that emphasize strength, balance, and flexibility, all while cultivating the breath. Come, move and breathe, and walk out feeling better than you arrived. Please bring your mat and a water bottle.
